Vestavia will be holding tryouts for an 8U and 10U Vortex team. These teams will play in local tournaments during the spring season. The tournaments will not conflict with league play, so players can play both at the same time. If your player is interested in playing a tournament style game, please see the tryouts below.
*These are competitive teams and will have a limited number of players
8U Tryouts will be held 2:00 to 3:00 Sunday February 3rd at Liberty Park Field 3. If you have any questions, please contact Brad Beard: firstname.lastname@example.org
10U Tryouts will be held 1:30 to 2:30 Sunday February 3rd at Liberty Park Field 2. If you have any questions, please contact Jeff Davis: email@example.com

We will create a signup genius to reserve slots once registration has been completed. All players will need a glove, helmet, mask(to wear in the field) and a bat. All head coaches will need to be available the entire time of evaluations,
Coaches only. We will hold the player draft on Wednesday February the 6th at 6:00. They will be held at the
SLATE BARGANIER BUILDING

All coaches and any parent that will be on the field working with players will need to complete training as pertains to the "Coach Safety Act". Once coaches and assistants have been chosen the information will be sent to those parents. If you are considering coaching or helping this year, that information will need to be completed in a timely manner before you are on the field with players.
We would like to thank all of the girls, coaches, parents, friends and family for a great Spring 2018 regular season.
